Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly “reached out” to the Princess of Wales amid her ongoing cancer battle.
According to an insider, the Sussexes have decided that the time has come to let bygones be bygones and repair their frosty relationship with the royal family.
“All they can do is continue to reach out and offer olive branches,” a source told Closer magazine.
“Despite all their bad blood, [Meghan’s] heart does go out to Kate – she can only imagine how hard this situation must be for her.
“Meghan has made it clear she’d love nothing more than to move past all the nonsense and find a way towards healing for everyone’s sake.”
The revelation comes amid claims that the Duke of Sussex is reportedly “homesick” and searching for a new residence in the UK.
Harry last visited the UK alone in May on a visit that saw him celebrate the 10th anniversary of his Invictus Games.
He reportedly stayed in a London hotel on the visit after he and Meghan Markle officially vacated their UK residence, Frogmore Cottage, last June.
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield told Fox News Digitial: “I hear that Harry is both content with his new lifestyle and homesick. It just depends on the day.”

New documentary explores Kate Middleton and King Charles’s close relationship
The relationship between King Charles and the Princess of Wales is set to be explored in a new Channel 5 documentary airing this weekend.
Kate: A Queen for the Future will air at 9:20 pm on Saturday (22 June) and examine the close bond between the pair, which appears to have grown during their respective cancer battles.
Royal expert Richard Kay recounts in the documentary how they were treated by the same London Harley Street clinic earlier this year.
“The King actually made a point of going to see Kate and there’s this rather touching story of [Charles] in his dressing gown padding down to his daughter-in-law’s floor,” he recalls, as reported by the Daily Mail.
“They compared notes about the rather good hospital food, how their treatment was going. It was a moment of great affection.”

Harry and Meghan slammed for failing to wish King Charles happy birthday
A royal commentator has slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for failing to acknowledge King Charles’s official birthday.
The couple also failed to acknowledge the Monarch on Father’s Day.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield aimed Meghan, in particular, for launching two new products from her lifestyle brand, raspberry jam and dog biscuits, the day before Trooping the Colour.
This was coincidentally the day the Princess of Wales announced her intention to make her first public appearance of the year.
“Whether this was coincidental or not, they [Harry and Meghan] could have ended the negative headlines or talk of how inappropriate and catty this looks by wishing the King a happy birthday,” Schofield said on Heirs & Spares.

Prince Louis’s hilarious advice to the England Squad
Prince William recently shared his youngest son’s hilarious advice to the England squad ahead of the 2024 Euros.
On a meeting with the team before they made their way to Germany, he explained that Prince Louis had suggested they “eat twice the amount” as they make their bid for victory.
He told the players: “I was on the school run this morning with the children and I said ‘What shall I say to the England team today?’
“The best bit of advice I got to ask you was to eat twice the amount you normally would eat.
“So I then had visions of all of you running around with massive great tummies and loads of stitches on the pitch so I think maybe take my youngest’s advice with a pinch of salt.”

Kate Middleton ‘frequently turns’ to royal ‘secret weapon'
As the Princess of Wales continues to battle cancer, an expert has claimed that she is being supported in her journey by a royal “secret weapon”.
Namely, Sophie, the duch*ess of Edinburgh, 59, who Kate, 42, “frequently turns” to as she undergoes preventative chemotherapy for an undisclosed form of the disease.
Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond said: “Even though a 17-year age gap seems a lot to bridge, the two women have a lot in common and became firm friends quite early on. Sophie knew exactly what lay in wait for Catherine as she joined the family and she knew it wouldn’t always be easy.
“By nature, Sophie is a kind and generous person who has always been happy to act as [a] sounding board, mentor, confidante... or sometimes just another girl to share a giggle with.
As reported by the Mirror, Bond added: “I have no doubt that Sophie has been someone to whom Catherine has frequently turned. They’ve often been seen enjoying a private joke in public and certainly seem more like sisters than aunt and niece by marriage.”

Prince Harry suffers ‘humiliation after humiliation’ amid rift with family
Prince Harry has suffered “humiliation after humiliation” in recent weeks as a result of his frosty relationship with his immediate family, an expert has claimed.
The first so-called humiliation came on his recent trip to the UK when King Charles declined the opportunity to see him for the first time in months, citing his busy schedule.
Harry was then rejected by his friend Hugh Grosvenor, who left him off the invite to the “society wedding of the year” but had Prince William serve as an usher.
Most recently, Harry was rejected when he reportedly failed to receive an invite to the King’s official birthday parade, the Trooping the Colour.
Royal expert Emily Andrews wrote in Woman magazine: “It has been humiliation after humiliation for Prince Harry.
“Harry has broken so many bonds of trust with so many people, it is difficult to see him ever attending a society wedding or Trooping the Colour again.”

Prince William to cheer on England in Germany today
Prince William is set to cheer on the England squad in Germany as they undertake their second match of the Euros.
The heir to the throne will watch the three lions at Frankfurt Arena as they take on Denmark today (20 June).
William, the president of the FA, will make the trip along as the Princess of Wales continues her treatment for an undisclosed type of cancer.

Prince Edward mocks the Sussexes in throwback interview asking ‘Who?’
The Queen’s youngest son feigned ignorance when asked about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s notorious tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Prince Edward simply said “Oprah who?” when quizzed by The Telegraph about the 2021 interview which saw the couple explain in detail why they stepped down was working royals in 2020.
His wife of 25 years Sophie simply added: “What interview?”
Harry and Meghan’s claims in the interview included allegations of racism and the claim that Meghan did not receive appropriate support when suffering with her mental health.
The throwback reaction comes amid claims that Harry is “homesick” and currently househunting in the UK while Meghan feels “rejected” by the country she once called home.

A biographer has claimed that Meghan Markle was “irritated” by Victoria Beckham’s wealth.
The claim was made by Tom Bower in his explosive new book House of Beckham, which also claims that Meghan believed herself to be socially above Victoria as a member of the royal family.
“She was irritated to discover that the Beckhams had considerably more wealth than herself,” Bower wrote. “They owned five homes, had constant access to private jets, invitations to sail on yachts and much more money. And she was soon to be a duch*ess.”

Meghan Markle feels like she’s been ‘rejected’ by the UK
Following reports that Prince Harry is “homesick”, a royal expert has claimed that Meghan Markle feels “rejected by the UK”.
This comes after the couple moved to California in 2020 after stepping down as working members of the royal family.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said that while Markle isn’t happy with her apparent rejection from the British public, she is focusing her attention on winning over Hollywood instead.
He told Fox News Digital: “She feels rejected by the UK and that does not sit well with her.
“I don’t even think she has any desire to win them over again. Meghan is totally focused on winning over the elite in Hollywood. With jam. And dog treats.”

Prince William made a “sweet” revelation to Kevin Costner about Princess Diana, it has been revealed.
The actor, 69, told PEOPLE that once upon a time he had been in talks to star in a sequel to The Bodyguard with the late Princess.
“I ultimately had a very sweet conversation about 15 years later with Prince William,” Costner said. “He walked up, and we sat down, and shook hands, and the first line out of his mouth was, he says, ‘You know, my mum kinda fancied you.’”
